ISCOF BNC Creating Opportunities to Vanguard Infectious Diseases (COVID) Initiatives extend a hand to Barotacnons. Through this initiative and the extension project on Basic Livelihood Initiative and Guidance (BULIG), the school has distributed relief goods which include rice, noodles and canned goods on April 22,2020, Wednesday at the school campus ground. The activity was headed by the Campus Administrator, Dr. Emelyn B. Ligasan; Administrative Officer IV, Mr. Jose S. Aricaya; Extension Chair, Dr. Annelyn Juntoria-Deasis and Research Chair, Dr. Samuel Talves together with the faculty and staff of the college. The three hundred sixty (360) trisikad drivers who received the goods were the residents of Barangay Ilaya Poblacion, Tabuc Suba, Acuit, Patag, Guintas, Tabucan, Sohoton, Ilaud Poblacion, Salihid, Bungca, and Lagubang. The beneficiaries are official members of the various Trisikad Owners and Drivers Associations (TODA). These recipients are the most vulnerable sector and are greatly affected by the Enhanced Community Quarantine order which made it difficult for them to find a source of income. The trisikad drivers expressed their gratitude for the help extended to them and their families.
