The ISCOF Office of Student Affairs and Services, Federated College Supreme Government (FISCOF-CSSG) in partnership with the Samahan ng mga Mag-aaral sa Humanities at Agham Panlipunan conducted a Seminar-Workshop on Project Management and Community Engagement at the ISCOF Main New Arts and Sciences Building on Oct. 29.
This activity was done as a brainchild project of SAMAHAN with their Gabay (Adviser), Prof. John Nino V. Crauz.
Mr. Jo Andrew Torlao, Project Development Officer III of the Film Development Council of the Philippines-Manila, was the speaker of the said seminar.
Two hundred student leaders coming from the different organizations, publications, and councils across the ISCOF System attended the workshop to further improve their leadership skills, prepare themselves for approaching deadlines and to gain more knowledge on things to do, and their roles in their respective organizations.
“A day well-spent indeed, participants of the seminar leave the building with fire in their hearts and much clearer minds on how to reach the goals of their organizations, how to act on certain situations they would encounter someday, how to improve the quality of their work and how to help not just the Institution but also the students,” said one of the organizers.
